Typical periods include: account data for the life of the account plus a reasonable period (e.g., up to three years) after closure; support records up to three years; web logs 12–24 months; cookie identifiers per their lifecycle; and transactional records as required by law. On-chain data is public and may be retained indefinitely by the blockchain and third-party indexers.

Selling or Sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share identifiers and internet activity with advertising and analytics partners to provide cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, unless you opt out where applicable. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not request or store your wallet seed phrases, private keys, or raw payment card numbers. Never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone, including us.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services.

  • Essential: required for core functionality and security.
  • Functional: remember preferences and enhance features.
  • Analytics: measure usage and performance.
  • Advertising: personalize ads and measure effectiveness.

You can manage cookies via your browser settings and, where offered, our on-site consent tools. Disabling certain cookies may impact functionality.

Blockchain and On-Chain Data Transparency

Transactions submitted to public blockchains are permanently recorded and publicly accessible. We cannot alter or delete on-chain data. If you connect a wallet or submit an address, you acknowledge associated activity may be observable on-chain and by third-party indexers. Use care when linking your identity to public addresses.

Analytics, Advertising, and Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising

We may use analytics services to understand how our Services are used and advertising partners to deliver and measure ads. These partners may collect identifiers, device and network information, and usage data over time and across different sites and apps. Where required by law, we obtain your consent or provide opt-out mechanisms for such processing.

Disclosures of Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Business partners in connection with co-branded content, events, or programs you choose to join.
  • Public authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate suspected wrongdoing.
  • Entities involved in corporate transactions (e.g., merger, acquisition, asset sale), subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not permit service providers to use personal information for their own purposes beyond providing the contracted services.

Data Security

We implement technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, such as access controls, encryption in transit, secure development practices, monitoring, and periodic reviews. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights, consistent with applicable law. If we offer financial incentives (e.g., loyalty, referral, or promotional programs), we will provide program-specific terms describing the material aspects and how the incentive value is reasonably related to the value of your data.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Our Services may not respond to Do Not Track signals. We make commercially reasonable efforts to honor browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of selling or sharing where required by law.
